- *New Clients*: You will be able to benefit from our services through the assistance portal in the coming months.
- *Existing Clients*: This month, registration is limited to clients who have existing files.

Notice regarding the submission of assistance requests, Dear beneficiaries,

The World Charity Organization would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation for your trust in it.

We would like to inform you that we are striving to make the mechanism for submitting assistance requests more efficient and transparent, through the following:

* Exclusive electronic registration:

Please kindly register your request through the electronic assistance portal on the organization's website. No paper requests will be accepted.

* Specific dates:

* Citizens: The first of each Gregorian month at 5:00 pm (Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah only).

* Residents: The second of each Gregorian month at 5:00 pm (Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah only).

* Conditions for accepting the request:

Complete all required documents accurately and clearly within 4 working days of the researcher contacting you.

Register in the appropriate category (citizen/resident, emirate, gender).

Please be accurate in entering the data, and if the entered data does not match the documents, the request will be declined.
A full calendar year has passed since the last assistance.
For rental applications: Current rental cases only.
The file owner must be present in person to review the researcher.
Submit a recent credit statement from Al Etihad Credit Bureau
Submit a bank statement or a recent salary receipt from one of the approved exchange companies.
Ensure that all documents are valid and not exceeding 30 days.
All documents required by the researcher must be completed in one PDF file.

Important note:

The Charitable Works Authority does not have any contract with any printing office
Any application that does not meet the above conditions will be cancelled.
