Othman, the suffering child 

Othman, an 11-year-old orphan, suffers from chronic sickle cell anemia. He always feels tired, exhausted and has a headache. He needs regular blood tests, balanced nutrition, and continued medication to improve his health condition and alleviate his daily suffering.
