The Charitable Works Authority established the Comprehensive Care Program for Orphans and their Families in 1995, to stand by the orphan until he strengthens his return to becoming a good individual in society, able to secure a decent life for himself and his family, by rehabilitating him behaviorally, socially, and health-wise, and working to develop his abilities, knowledge, and potential through a group of Activities and initiatives that are in the interest of orphans and their families
