The International Charity Organization announced a community charitable initiative on the occasion of the 53rd National Day, which was to relieve the distress of 16 inmates, as part of its constant keenness to promote the values of solidarity and social cohesion.
In a statement, His Excellency Dr. Khalid Abdul Wahab Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Organization, confirmed that this initiative embodies the vision of the wise leadership in promoting the values of goodness and giving and providing assistance to those in need, stressing that this initiative enhances societal stability and reflects the meanings of mercy that the UAE community possesses, and brings happiness to the homes of debtors on a day that Emirati citizens and residents alike are proud of.
His Excellency indicated that the Organization will continue its efforts in launching new initiatives that contribute to improving the lives of individuals, expressing his thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative from partners and supporters, especially generous people who were and still are the first to support the various initiatives of the Organization throughout the year.
